Connected homes, not just managed buildings
BTT Management operates residential property across Montgomery County, Maryland, and runs a home automation program inside it. We select, install, commission, and administer consumer smart home hardware in the apartments we manage — every device a homeowner would buy for a single house, deployed and maintained across dozens of them. Residents get keyless entry and connected comfort controls as a standard amenity rather than an upgrade they install themselves.
In-unit Automation
Keyless entry at the apartment door, connected thermostats for comfort and setback in vacant units, and leak and freeze sensors in kitchens, baths, and utility spaces.
Building and common areas
Keypad access on entries, laundry rooms, storage, garages, and boiler rooms, plus connected laundry equipment in shared amenity spaces.
Administration and turnover
Credentials are issued, rotated, and revoked per device against a maintained register tracking model, serial number, and battery cycle, and every unit is re-provisioned at move-out.
